Introduction:
Greetings all I and I’s Upfulrise, I am Elsea Jahzen a Worldwide Community Activist, Wellness Practitioner, Doula & Tension release specialist.
In 2022 When The Most High blissed me with my beautiful daughter I had an epiphany to visit different countries around the world to experience living in intentional , loving, healing communities that leads to sustainability & growth.
For 6 years I’ve been studying holistic healing and embodying the Frequencies of the earth so it was to no surprise that the Most High lead me to search for communities and countries that were on my frequency.
I’m from Texas born and raised. The ultimate goal I have my daughter and I is to find and be immersed in intentional loving, healing communities worldwide.
Six months postpartum. A nursing baby. A second birth story written in my heart.
And a one-way ticket. who could imagine this being their life, its still a mystery in my eyes.
Before I ever stepped on that plane, I was scrolling. Watching families on YouTube who had done what I couldn’t imagine — living in Africa, building homes in Botswana and Ethiopia, raising children in community, choosing natural living over comfort.
One thing stood out: they didn’t just move abroad.
They built community first.
That’s when I realized something important:
Moving abroad is not about the plane ticket.
It’s about preparation, mindset, and understanding what the world really requires of you.
